Dear DTRT Coordinators,
I am currently working on sending out the 2020-2021 DTRT poster as well as the information for this school year. I appreciate your patience as the program is currently short staffed. In addition, since we do not want students to miss out on any of our prizes, we will be resuming our regular distribution of prizes sent to the DTRT Coordinator via school mail. Please have parents pick them up at school at your convenience. You can also hold virtual ceremonies to honor the nominees or make a video/bulletin/memo celebrating each nominee for the month and post/send it school wide. We want to make sure our students are still getting recognized and rewarded for doing the right thing, especially during these stressful times. If you have any creative ideas on how you will be honoring nominees at your school during these current unique circumstances, please let me know and I will share with all our DTRT Coordinators. If you have not already done so, please register as DTRT Coordinator for your school for this school year. If you submit your registration and have your school submit at least one 4 sentence nomination by the first nomination deadline of Friday, 9/18 you will receive a free DTRT T-shirt!

DTRT Stay Healthy, Stay Safe Instagram Giveaway Deadline-9/14
The last day to enter our giveaway for a chance to win a $25 gift card and DTRT mask is Monday, 9/14! For details on how to enter please see attached flyer which you can forward to your teachers/students. Giveaway is open to all students and teachers/counselors!

September Nomination Deadline-Friday 9/18
The deadline to submit nominations for September is Friday, 9/18. Please refer to our Prize Flyer 2020 and Teacher Letter 2020 for your convenience to forward to your teachers.

Please keep in mind the following when nominating:
-All nominations must be AT LEAST 4 sentences.
-Each school is allowed up to 15 nominations per month.
-Please double check the name of the students when completing the form.
-Each student must have their own unique nomination unless it is a specific action done by a group.
-Youth Large is our smallest t-shirt size, the rest are adult sizes. Youth Large is appropriate for most younger elementary students.
-Students can only be nominated once per year.
-If you are not sure that a nomination was submitted or experience any problems with the system, please call our office 305-603-6957.
