Dear DTRT Coordinators,
I hope you all had a much deserved break over the summer and that you and your family and loved ones are safe. The pandemic has changed many aspects of our daily lives and as we all adjust to the challenges ahead, it is necessary to emphasize the importance of doing the right thing now more than ever. Our program will continue recognizing and rewarding students who choose to do good whether it be through providing virtual certificates as we did at the end of last school year, or our regular prizes pending on the reopening of schools. In addition, I am pleased to announce that I have been appointed Executive Director of Do The Right Thing of Miami, Inc. It has truly been a pleasure assisting you all in bringing DTRT to your schools for the past 9 years and I look forward to continuing to work with you for the benefit of our students, especially during these particularly tough times.
While I know we are all busy adapting to a new virtual learning environment, please don’t forget to register as DTRT Coordinator for this school year by clicking on the link below. All DTRT Coordinators must submit a new registration at the beginning of each school year, even if they have registered in previous school years. We are also currently in the process of updating our website and school materials for the 2020-2021 school year which we will be sending out within the next few weeks.
